Negligence				Any mistake made whilst carrying out the insured services, provided it is not a deliberate or reckless act of the Assured.
Third Party Liabilities				Non-contractual liability for physical loss of or damage to third party property and consequential loss resulting from such loss or damage, including liability for death, bodily injury or illness.
Libel and Slander				By reason of words written or spoken by the Assured.
Loss of Documents				Legal liability arising from the loss of any documents in the Assured’s care or control.
Intellectual Property				Unintentional infringement by the Assured of any copyright, trademark, registered design, patent, plagiarism or breach of confidentiality.
Fraud by Employees				Dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious act or omission by any employee of the Assured.
Prospectus Liability				Cover for claims arising from the issuing of a prospectus.
Joint Venture Liability				Legal liabilities attached to the Assured arising out of any joint venture.
Liabilities to Authorities				Legal liabilities imposed by a public or governmental authority in respect of fines, penalties and duties.
Liabilities of Principals attaching to Agents				Legal responsibility under local law for the liabilities of the Assured’s principal.
Breach of Warranty of Authority				Exceeding the authority given to the Assured by their principal.
Unintentional Principal				Failure to disclose the Assured’s agency status.
Consultant/Subcontractor				Legal liability incurred by the Assured, arising from the negligence of any consultant or subcontractor.
Outgoing Principal’s Indemnity				Cover for any former Assured (principal, partner, director or employee) whilst that person was employed by the Assured.
Costs				Defence and investigation costs.
